An Immersion Session is an intensive, multi-day, off-site deep dive designed to focus on your most pressing technical problems. We collaboratively generate hundreds of ideas and identify critical, feasible solutions in a distraction-free environment.

Our sessions are hosted at our Campus in rural East Texas. This beautiful and serene off-site setting is intentional: shared meals and a cohesive group environment block outside distractions, creating the optimal atmosphere for unfettered creativity and focus.

Our immersive process is grounded in cognitive psychology, specifically engineered to enhance the creative process. We create the conditions for a free flow of ideas, allowing peripheral opportunities and serendipitous moments to emerge organically.

The Power of T-Types and Experts
Our core team consists of "T-Types"—individuals with broad knowledge across many technical areas and deep expertise in select fields. We also bring in outside experts to provide fresh perspectives, serve as "sanity checks," and significantly broaden the scope of idea generation.
Evening Arrival/Team Builder Dinner
(The night before it all starts!)
It's a chill dinner at the Rainone home to kick off the team building
and get everyone comfortable with each other.
Before dinner, we give your team a quick tour of our
Campus so you see the guest amenities and the cool tools
we use later.
Rules of the Road are emphasized in the dinner hour
to ensure that negativity will not hamper the creative process.
DAY THREE: Brainstorming Galore!
We'll use some "Radical thinking" exercises to
totally change how your team is looking at things.
Keep those ideas flowing to tackle
the opportunity and fit the requirements.
Another team building activity is on the schedule!
DAY TWO: Getting Deep on
the Problem, Specs, and Initial Ideas
We'll quickly agree on what the problem
is and what we want to achieve.
Look at any solutions that already exist.
Chat about what works and what
doesn't with those different ways
of doing things.
Share what we know from Market research
and what the customers are saying (VOC data).
Bring in experts to talk shop, if needed.
Do some fun exercises to spark those
first little "concept fragments" that might
turn into a real solution.
DAY FOUR (Half Day):
Picking the Best and Making a Plan
We'll look at all the concepts and
narrow down the list, based on
the product requirements we set.
Figure out the next steps for
checking if the proposed solutions
can actually work and how to develop them.
